By accessing and using AnimCoder, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
AnimCoder is an AI-powered animation creation platform that allows users to generate animated videos from text scripts. The service includes script generation, text-to-speech voiceover, and automated animation creation.
3. User Accounts
- You must sign in with a valid Google account to use AnimCoder.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must not share your account with others.
4. Credits and Payments
- New users receive 50 free credits upon registration.
- Video generation costs 15 credits per generation.
- Video refinement costs 10 credits per update (only charged if content changes).
- Additional credits can be purchased through the Credits page.
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Failed generations are automatically refunded.
5. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of the scripts you write and the animations you create.
- AnimCoder may use anonymized usage data to improve our service.
- You must not create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass credit requirements or exploit the platform
- Generate content that is harmful, hateful, or inappropriate
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage
7. AI-Generated Content
Animations and voiceovers are generated by AI models. AnimCoder does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content. Results may vary and occasional failures may occur.
8. Service Availability
AnimCoder is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
AnimCoder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
